Palmer Interiors is a leading commercial contractor specializing in Division 9 Finishes for Floor Covering & Ceramic Tile. Founded in 2016 by Jose and Eduardo Betancourt, we have built a reputation for excellence in the commercial construction industry.
Since establishing our new office and warehouse facility in 2021, we have experienced significant growth, reflecting our commitment to expanding into the wider Texas region, the tri-state area, and national markets.
The name “Palmer” symbolizes our journey from South Palmer Avenue in Tyler, TX, where Jose and Eduardo lived as children, representing our dedication to transforming spaces with expertise and leaving a lasting legacy of professionalism and dedication.
